1. ORDERING & BESPOKE CREATIONS

  • Many of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and exclusivity.
  • Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival or a mistake has been made in your order.
  • Custom orders, personalized engravings, and resized pieces are non-refundable.

2. SHIPPING & ORDER SECURITY

  • All orders are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.
  • We offer an exclusive White Glove Hand Delivery service in New York City, available upon request.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING

  • Tana Chung Jewelry reserves the right to limit or refuse sales at our discretion.
  • Due to the unique nature of our materials, slight variations in color, texture, or natural gemstones may occur. These are not considered defects.
