Cancellations, Returns & Repairs
At Tana Chung Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted. Due to the bespoke nature and high value of our jewelry, we maintain a strict return and cancellation policy to uphold the integrity of every creation.
Cancellations
- Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
- Ready-to-ship items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final as production begins.
Damage & Order Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@tanachungjewelry.com with photos and videos clearly showing the issue if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for repair or replacement.
- Any damage due to misuse, wear, or accidental handling is not covered under our policy.
Returns & Exchanges
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unworn, in original condition with all packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please fill out our contact form or email hello@tanachungjewelry.com.
- Returns must be pre-approved via hello@tanachungjewelry.com, and any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return shipping charges, including insured value coverage, will be deducted from any credits.
- All domestic and international returns are subject to a $25 return and restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges.
Repairs & Adjustments
Should your piece require an alteration or repair, our Concierge Team will guide you through the process.
- To request a repair, please submit your request via our contact form or email hello@tanachungjewelry.com.
- Repair and adjustment services are available upon assessment. Fees range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the nature of the service.
- Clients may be responsible for shipping and insurance costs, depending on the nature of the repair or alteration.
