At Tana Chung Jewelry, we ensure that your order is delivered with the highest level of security and care. Due to the high value and bespoke nature of our pieces, all shipments are complimentary, fully insured, and require an adult signature upon delivery for peace of mind.

 

1. Processing & Lead Times

• In-stock & ready to ship items
  In-stock items will be shipped in approximately 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing your order prior to shipping. If the item you ordered is not in stock, it will be made to order.
  
  
• Made to order jewelry items
  Many of our signature designs are made-to-order. Please allow an estimated time of up to 4-8 weeks of lead time to produce and deliver made-to-order jewelry. Each piece is specially handcrafted with careful attention to detail to our client's unique and individual specifications. Lead time will depend on the complexity of the piece. However, if your order is in stock or completed sooner than the estimated lead time, we will ship it out immediately. All Made-to-Order items are final sale.

2. Domestic & International Shipping

• All orders are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

3. White Glove Hand Delivery – New York City

For our valued clients in New York City, we offer an exclusive white-glove hand-delivery service for a seamless and secure experience. This personalized service ensures your jewelry is delivered with the utmost care.

4. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide, with all packages insured and requiring an adult signature upon delivery.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to potential customs processing delays.
